Rathnew development site likely to fetch upwards of €1.75m guide
A development site outside Dublin has been put on the market with an asking price of €1.75m.
QuinnAgnew is the agent over what it is calling a "strategically located residential development site" at Ballybeg in Rathnew.
The property is for slae by private treaty.
The site, which is accessed of the R772, connects Rathnew Village with the N11. It is said to be close to Wicklow Town and Ashford.
The property is made up of 11.4 acres of land is set in an already established residential location.
The property has existing planning permission for 155 units as well as a childcare facility.
QuinnAgnew's Manus Agnew said he believed it was "likely a purchaser will redesign the scheme to provde more three and four bedroom houses".
