On the instruction of Kieran Wallace Receiver, KPMG, Savills Commercial Cork selling Racket Hall County House Hotel, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary for €800,000.
The property trades as a Failte Ireland registered three star hotel and was established in 2003 following the addition of bedrooms to the existing bar and restaurant business.
The original building dates from the 18th Century and retains may Georgian features. The Hotel now features 40 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
The hotel has four conference rooms and the main function room has capacity for 250 guests banqueting style or 515 guests as an entertainment venue.
