CBRE have confirmed the sale of The Chancery Inn on the quays in Dublin 1.
The Chancery Inn is centrally located in Dublin City Centre close to the Four Courts judicial building and a short walk from the LUAS station.
The premises are midway between Heuston Station and O'Connell Street, convenient to Smithfield, the National Museum at Collins Barracks and close to Dublin City Council offices at Wood Quay.
The Chancery Inn is a three -storey over-basement licensed premises, with an attractive double shop front that features entrances from two streets. The ground floor comprises a lounge bar with beamed ceiling, wooden counter and back bar fixture. The cellar has bottle storage and a cold room. The upper floors have a former function room and residential area which is currently not in use. The total floor area is about 405sqm.
CBRE's John Hughes confirmed the sale of The Chancery Inn, which had a guide price in of excess €350,000.
The property was sold on behalf of David Potter and Glenn Cran, Savills, as Fixed Charge Receivers.
