The refurbished building has been let to the HSE for the past 35 years.

Now vacant, all the partitioned offices within the 5,554 sq ft self-contained building have been removed allowing for open plan working space. In addition, a new entrance lobby has been installed at ground floor level and new toilets as well as showers have also been introduced as part of the renovations. Some 13 car park spaces are also available at the Fenian Street office in addition to ample bike storage facilities.

Savills has confirmed that the office is now available to let at a rate of €35 per square foot and offices surveyor Kellie O'Brien is expecting strong demand based on the location and self-contained nature of the building.

She commented; "The refurbishment undertaken by the RIAI has completely transformed Corrigan House into a modern day office building capable of housing a wide variety of occupiers. We're confident that its high-spec finish and enviable location in Dublin's CBD will bring strong demand."

Fenian Street is proving to be a popular location in Dublin's CBD. Just last month, Twitter chose to relocate their European HQ to Cumberland House - just across the road from Corrigan House.

Fenian Street is situated close to the junction of Merrion Square.

The area provides for a variety of users including office, educational and leisure occupiers. Established areas such as Trinity College Dublin, St. Stephens Green and Government buildings are located within walking distance.

The area is home to many well-known national and international companies IIb Bank, BT, National Treasury Management Agency and KBC.

The location also has strong transport links. Pearse Dart Station is a three minute. The Luas Green line at St Stephens Green is a 10 minute walk and numerous Dublin Bus routes run from Merrion Square and neighbouring streets. The Dublin Bike scheme is also close by.
