Pub and hotel specialists Morrissey's are offering the Kilmardinny Inn in Santry, north Dublin, for sale as a going concern for a guide price in excess of €1.25m.

The property stands on a site of 0.41 hectares and is located within close proximity to Dublin Airport, Omni Park Shopping Centre, Beaumont Hospital, Dublin City University and the National Athletics Stadium.

The premises is being sold on behalf of the Kenny Brothers who have owned and operated it as a pub since 1983 and are now retiring from the licensed trade.

The agents believe the Kilmardinny Inn represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a long-established licensed premises which enjoys a high volume beverage-driven business.
