James Mulhall, managing director of Murphy Mulhall, said: "Being able to provide market-leading research is the next stage in our evolution. We are proud to have someone of Sally's calibre leading the team and pleased to be able to expand our research offering to both existing and prospective clients."
Ms Bruer added: "The key to making well-informed property decisions - whether you're an investor, developer, lender or occupier - is access to informed market intelligence and good quality research. The Murphy Mulhall approach has always been characterised by detailed market intelligence and honest, upfront advice. The expansion of Murphy Mulhall's research capabilities will offer a more analytical approach alongside this."
