More growth for HWBC after a decade in business
HWBC this week celebrated 10 years in business, and is predicting that 2015 will deliver a record year of performance for the company. Managing director Tony Waters says HWBC is "going from strength to strength".
"The qualities of independence and deep expertise that we bring to the market are resonating with our growing client base. 2014 was a record year for the business and we are confident that 2015 will exceed that level of performance as the Irish property market continues to show strong fundamentals and robust growth," he said.
Last year HWBC advised on over €1bn of transactions. Transactions to date this year include buy side agents on Irish Life's acquisition of Harbourmaster One in the IFSC, Credit Suisse's purchase of One Grand Parade in D6 and most recently for State Street on buying The Anchorage.
