Moran Auctioneers are seeking offers in excess of €900,000 for a restaurant and fishing lodge at Pontoon in Foxford, Co Mayo.
The firm have been retained as agents for what it describes as an "established, old world" licensed premises.
The property is known as Healy's Restaurant and Fishing Lodge.
It is being sold by private treaty on the instructions of the owner John Dever who is retiring from the business.
