Lambert Smith Hampton have let their former offices at 115 Lower Baggot Street in an "off market transaction" for the private owner of the building.

Malcolm Hollis Commercial Building Surveyors have signed a new 10 year lease with a five year break out clause. Malcolm Hollis has undertaken an extensive refurbishment of the building.

Malcolm Hollis is said to be a leading independent commercial building surveying firms and due to rapid expansion of its business made the move in order to provide the firm with additional capacity to grow its team and expand its service offering in Ireland.

Tony Grant, partner at Malcolm Hollis Dublin, commented: "We are delighted with our new premises located close to a number of our clients.

"We have had a fantastic year so far having grown our client base and our focus for the year ahead is to expand even further working with our great clients".

Joe O'Donoghue of LSH advised the landlord while Andrew Watt of Melford Property Consultants advised the tenant.
