PRPM, a property firm specialising in letting, sales and property management, is to establish its first agency office in Sandyford in south County Dublin after raising €35,000 through peer-to-peer lenders, Linked Finance.
Established in 2006 by career banker Simon O'Connor, PRPM started out as a letting and sales service but has since evolved into a multi-service firm employing 10 people. PRPM's services now include property management and maintenance, management of third-party service providers and contracts, consultancy, design, refurbishments and fit outs, and facilities management.
Commenting on Linked Finance's role in helping to support the establishment of PRPM's first office, O'Connor said: "Raising funds with Linked Finance was fast and uncomplicated, and provided relief from the typical bank lending that SMEs, like ourselves, would usually resort to when looking to raise finance".
Linked Finance CEO Niall Dorrian said: "PRPM is the kind of entrepreneurial indigenous Irish business that we are proud to support. The drive of Irish SMEs is essential to the continued growth and recovery of the Irish economy. The goal of our platform is to facilitate SMEs to raise funds for their business in a transparent and convenient way."
