Letterkenny Court Hotel has been sold to McKeever Group

CBRE has confirmed the successful sale of the Letterkenny Court Hotel. The 83-bedroom hotel on Letterkenny main street had been on the market for around €900,000.
The hotel includes a ground floor reception leading to Dillon's Bar which has separate street access. This split-level lounge is designed with front and rear bar and is fitted in traditional style with areas suitable for casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere.
At lower ground floor is Lannigan's Restaurant which provides dining for up to 90 patrons.
The upper floors of the hotel, which are linked by passenger lift from the reception, include 83 guest bedrooms suitable for twin, double, and triple occupancy.
John Hughes from selling agent CBRE confirmed that “the property was purchased by the McKeever Hotel Group, one of the most successful family run hotel groups in Northern Ireland”.
Meanwhile, CBRE is seeking €750,000 for the Roundabout Pub in Artane in Dublin.
The property is being sold on behalf of publican Michael Moran who is selling the property to concentrate on other business interests.
The Roundabout is located at the intersection of Ardcollum Avenue and Ardlea Road.
The pub is a long established two-storey corner licensed premises which is presented in excellent decorative order throughout.
