Knight Frank has revealed a number of staff promotions at its Dublin offices.
Tomás Kilroy has been appointed to Director, while Damien McCaffrey and Ross Fogarty have been promoted to directors of capital markets.
Head of building surveying and project management Darren Reddy has been appointed associate director while Mark Headon promoted to position of associate director for offices.
The appointments are made with immediate effect.
Company director Declan O'Reilly said the promotions were a refection of the work being done at present.
"The promotions are a testament to the hard work and recognition of the continued contribution by the individuals to our company."
Knight Frank said it has witnessed exceptional growth over the last 24 months with the workforce scaling up by over 30pc since this time last year.
"Growth has come as a direct result of securing and managing key instructions within the property industry and down to the talent, hard work and commitment of our staff. As we continue to expand the business we endeavour to attract employees of a similar calibre to continue this strong performance," the company added.
The Knight Frank Irish business is seen as having gone from strength to strength since the then HT Meagher O'Reilly took over the Knight Frank brand here in 2013.
