Agents Murphy Mulhall have announced the appointment of two senior personnel within their valuation and office agency divisions.
Eloise Heron joins as a director within the valuations team led by Siobhan Convery. Eloise has over 25 years' experience, having previously held senior valuation roles at DTZ, Lisney and Colliers. As well as handling large-scale loan book instructions, she has worked extensively in valuations, rent reviews, arbitrations, lease advisory and expert witness work. She has advised banking clients including NAMA, Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank, as well as retailers including Marks & Spencer, Tesco, French Connection and Domino's.
Mary Rose Callaghan joins the offices team led by James Mulhall and brings with her 10 years' experience of agency and development consultancy experience. She joins from Miller Commercial in the UK, where she specialised in industrial, development land and investment opportunities.
Prior to that she worked as development manager and commercial agent in the UK, where her clients included John Lewis and Starbucks.
