JLL is moving to its new offices at Styne House in central Dublin.
The agents will complete their transfer from its Molesworth Street base to Styne House this weekend, and the new office will open its doors tomorrow morning.
The new office at Styne House, Upper Hatch Street, has 13,000 sq ft of open plan grade A office space.
The fit-out project has been planned and managed by JLL's own Project andDevelopment Services team headed by Andrew McCracken and Dara Byrne.
Speaking about the move, JLL Ireland MD John Moran commented: "with more and more of the big international players setting up their HQs in Dublin, the standard of office fit-outs has moved beyond anything we could have imagined even 10 years ago.
"We are delighted with how ours has turned out.
"JLL is committed to providing the highest level of service, professional advice and innovation to our clients at all times, our state-of-the-art new office is a testament to this commitment," he added.
According to JLL, the fit-out features "cutting edge design, including a stunning cityscape model cut out of the ceiling".
"Other features include sound proofed phone booths, huddle spaces, team collaboration areas, fully equipped kitchen, visitor touchdown spaces and chill out zones," the company said.
JLL had been operating out of Molesworth Street for the past 35 years.
