High-spec upgrade pays big for Mount Street office

AGENTS HWBC Chartered Surveyors and BNP Paribas Real Estate have revealed the successful letting of One Grattan House, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2.
The property, which comprises 19,000 sq ft over five floors was refurbished and upgraded by the landlord to Grade A standards in 2013, and aircraft leasing company Santos Dumont, secured a lease of the penthouse floor.
Diona Technologies, who have offices worldwide and have announced 40 new jobs for their Dublin Office, secured a lease of the third floor. The Health Research Board agreed a lease of the ground to second floors with a break option.
Emma Murphy of HWBC Chartered Surveyors said: "The refurbishment transformed Grattan House into a contemporary, high-spec office building, which was pivotal in securing good quality tenant. The refit included new windows, lifts, air conditioning, raised access floors and shower facilities to complement tenants expectations of Grade A office space".
