Global digital marketing company, Search Optics, has established a new EMEA HQ in Fumbally Square, Dublin 8.

The US company, which was advised on the lease by Aishling O'Hanlon of ORE, has expanded internationally and now has seven corporate offices internationally including the US, Australia, Canada and Ireland. Search Optics provides an integrated digital marketing platform to many of the world's leading blue chip companies, focused on delivering better business results.

The company has taken a five year lease in the "Studio Building" within Fumbally Square, which is one of the original stone buildings within the development and is believed to be paying a rent of €30 per sq ft. The lease contains break options as it is anticipated that the company will grow rapidly over the next three years.

Chief strategy officer Brendan O' Brien commented: "Dublin is a diverse, vibrant city that offers us access to highly skilled staff and a comprehensive technology infrastructure that will serve as the perfect base as we expand into Europe."
