Euromillions winner Dolores McNamara in running to buy Limerick retail park
Euromillions winner Dolores McNamara is competing to buy the Childers Road Retail Park in Limerick.
Insurance company Irish Life and Savills Investment Managers are also said to be in the frame, and the sale process could be concluded as soon as today.
The guide price for the retail park, which was developed in the early 2000s, is €44m, and it is producing a rent roll of more than €3.2m from occupiers including Dunnes Stores and Smyths Toys.
The sale is being handled by HWBC and DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald.
Ms McNamara won €115m in the Euromillions in 2005.
She is not known to have invested in commercial property prior to now.
