THREE units at a shopping centre in west Dublin have been put on the market with a combined value of close to €300,000.
KnightFrank are acting as agents for the collection of properties.
They are located at the community shopping centre in Bawnogue, Clondalkin.
The retails units are being sold as separate lots and are coming on the market for a combined €275,000.
Knight Frank say that the units are producing a total of €25,800 income per annum.
They add that the purchase would represent a yield of approximately 9pc, with the potential to increase income further.
Bawnogue Shopping Centre is located in the west Dublin suburb of Clondalkin, adjacent to the Bawnogue Road, which is immediately off the New Nangor Road.
The shopping centre provides local amenities and services to the substantial residential population surrounding the area.
The property is comprised of three separate units extending to a total of approximately 4,900 sq ft, and it will be for sale as individual units or, if a buyer prefers, as one lot.
The current tenants in the property include a post office, a hairdresser, a deli, a convenience store and a garden store.
Other occupiers in the shopping centre include Bawnogue Craft Butchers, Bawnogue Pharmacy, and Bawnogue Bakery.
Additionally, there is a mixed-use enterprise centre directly across from the shopping centre, which adds to the commercial activity in the area.
The agents say the property is expected to "generate interest from investors seeking a shopping centre investment located in an area with a strong population base".
