THEY were once the offices of one of the biggest advertising agencies in the country, but now they are available to let.
DTZ has been retained to find a tenant for the former McConnell's advertising firm headquarters at 70 Leeson Street in Dublin.
The agent is marketing the property to let, quoting a rent of €231.42 per sq m (€21.50 per sq ft), and €2,250 per car parking space per annum.
The property comprises a three-storey self-contained office building of "traditional period" construction, set in a terrace of similar properties. There is "substantial" car parking at the front of the building, with a large garden to the rear.
