Drogheda offices sold after latest GW2 auction
Ganly Walters have sold offices at Quayside Business Park in Dundalk for close to €1.15m.
The offices were sold for an undisclosed sum after the latest GW2 auction, however it is believed that the property changed hands for close to its AMV of €1.15m.
The modern purpose built office investment property extending to approximately 2,700 sq.m. and is generating some €168,500 per annum.
Quayside Business Park comprises a modern purpose built four storey office development with large surface car park.
According to Ganly Walters, the property extends to a total floor area of around 2,700 sq m of which 1,620 sq m are presently leased and generating an annual rental income of €168,500. The vacant areas remain in a shell finish.
Quayside Business Park is situated on the west side of the N52, between its intersections with St. Helena's Terrace and Quay Street. It is accessed from Mill Street.
This is a mixed use location on the north east side of Dundalk and within 1 km of the town centre. Surrounding properties include a school, gymnasium and a retail supermarket.
Quayside Business Park headlined the latest GW2 auction, which saw 16 properties listed with a combined asking price of more than €2.2m.
The next GW2 auction takes place on April 28 in Leopardstown.
