Cork development lands for €2.75m

Donal Buckley

Two tracts of development land at Blarney Business Park north of Blarney town and Cork city are for sale with a €2.75m guide price.

The larger of the two sites extends to 43.72 acres and it has two forms of zoning, one of which is to facilitate the development of a new neighbourhood known as Stoneview and the second zoning is for business development and strong pedestrian connectivity to the proposed train station at Stoneview.

The second tract extends to 6.57 acres, which is not currently zoned and is predominantly woodland. Both lots are situated 1.5km north-east of Blarney town and between the N20 Cork-Limerick road and the Cork Dublin railway line.

To the east of the sites is the Monard Strategic Development Zone, which has Bord Pleanala approval.
