A guest house on Aranmore off Co Donegal has been put on the market with an asking price of €690,000.
Colliers have been retained as agents for Killeens guesthouse.
According to Colliers' Marcus Magnier, the sale offers investors the "opportunity to acquire a fully restored 24 bedroom guest house with lounge and bar, function and dining rooms, commercial kitchen, extensive decking and large car park all in a dramatic setting overlooking Aphort beach, bay and harbour on the island of Arranmore off the Donegal coast."
The property which has a full seven day publicans licence was substantially extended and remodelled in 2002 and having subsequently been closed and neglected for a number of years was acquired by the current vendors in 2010.
The vendors undertook a further substantial upgrading to such an extent that the property is now positioned to take full advantage of the extensive growth potential in the current improving market.
Meanwhile Colliers' Michele McGarry is marketing a property in central Dublin.
The property at 7 Lombard Street, Dublin 2 is being sold under the instructions of Eoin Ryan, the receiver, of HLB McKeogh Gallagher Ryan.
The property comprises a period three storey over basement building which extends to 1,905 sq ft. The property is being sold with the benefit of vacant possession, previously in office use.
The property is on the market with an asking price of €495,000.
