Brexit fears yet to have an impact on Ireland - CBRE

Office rents in central Dublin topped out at €565 per sq m in the first two months of this year, according to CBRE.
"To date, the appetite for office accommodation in Dublin does not appear to have been adversely affected by the uncertainty that has dominated in global investment markets since the beginning of the year. Indeed, there has been continued momentum in the Dublin office market in the first few months of 2016 with several new requirements emerging since Christmas and a number of sizeable transactions currently in active negotiations," said CBRE.
While fears of a Brexit are hitting the UK market, CBRE said that so far, the worries had not translated into investors pulling back on the Irish commercial market.
