BNP Paribas Real Estate has signed an alliance partnership signed with Belfast based TDK Commercial Property Consultants.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland managing director Patrick Curran commented, "The alliance agreement covers the transaction, consulting, valuation and property management business lines for corporate real estate and offers clients of both firms full coverage across the island of Ireland. We are delighted that TDK have formalised their relationship with BNP Paribas Real Estate."

TDK was formed in Belfast in 2010 and has quickly grown and is now one of Northern Ireland's top commercial agents with a particular strength in the retail sector. TDK have led H&M's and Dealz expansion in Ireland over the last 5 years, including the acquisition of H&M's flagship store on College Green. Other major retail clients include M&S, Halfords, Dunelm Mill, Pets at Home, Maplin and H&M's other leading fashion brands COS and '& Other Stories'.

Management instructions include Sprucefield Retail Park, Lisburn, anchored by Ireland's largest M & S and the 300,000 sq ft Riverside Retail Park, Coleraine.
