BNP Paribas are on the move to Dublin 4
BNP Paribas Real Estate will move to offices at the former Lexus Car showroom in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, next January.
Facing the RDS at the entrance to the Sweepstake Centre, the property is owned by Killeen Properties, a company owned by the O'Mahony family of Toyota dealership fame.
It is understood that BNPRE has signed a 15-year lease for 520sqm with 12 car spaces at a rent believed to be in the region of €120,000 per annum.
The agent's lease at 40 Fitzwilliam Place has expired and it is quoting €1.25m to sell the 460sqm Fitzwilliam property including a mews to the rear and nine car spaces.It is also offering to rent it for €100,000 per annum .
BNPRE is the second major estate agent to move from Dublin 2 to this area of Dublin 4 following Sherry Fitzgerald and DTZ's move from leeson St to the nearby corner on Shelbourne Road.
