Five office units with a total floor area of 1,830 sq m (19,705 sq ft) at Blanchardstown Corporate Park have been brought to the market by QRE at a guide price of €1.8m.
The portfolio briefly consists of the following units: Providence House (Block 3) is a three-storey, modern, own-door office building extending to approximately 1,104 sq m (11,881 sq ft). Tenanted until December 31 by Arvato, the property benefits from basement car parking and flexible floor plates to accommodate one occupier or multiple occupants.
Unit 6 (Block 1) extends to approximately 260 sq m (2,796 sq ft) and is a first floor office unit with ample car parking. Along with Unit 7 (Block 1), which extends to approximately 97 sq m (1,045 sq ft), this is a ground floor, own-door office suite with ample car parking.
