Banks to sell off loans

Wednesday February 22 2012

Irish banks are expected to step up their sales of real estate loans. To assist the banks in this process, property consultants CB Richard Ellis has launched a new debt advisory team in Ireland. Andrew Tallon (right) has been appointed as associate director to the team working from both the London and Dublin offices. He previously spent five years at Anglo Irish Bank working in the commercial lending division.

The team provides clients with advice on loan sales and buybacks, acquisition financing, refinancing, development financing and mezzanine debt.
