Vincent Finnegan Commercial has been retained as agents to sell what it is calling a "landmark" investment property in Dublin 3.
The firm is selling the property at 25-26 Marino Mart in fariview with a guide price of €2.1m.
The building is let in its entirety to Bank of Ireland at a passing rent of €195,648 per annum.
The lender is nearly eight years into a 25 year lease with the tenant having a break option at December 2021. The building, which extends to 522.3 sq m (5,622 sq ft), is said to be in good repai throughout and provides banking hall use on the ground floor with office on the upper two floors. This property originally formed part of the first tranche of Bank of Ireland sale and leasebacks of its branches back in 2006 and its guide price then was €4.5m.
