Ballyfermot and Donabate developments sold recently
Two Dublin development properties were sold in non-distressed sales recently. At 77 Colepark Drive, Ballyfermot, a former detached three-bedroom presbytery on a 0.19 acre site next to the local parish church was sold for a price which was close to the €300,000 quoted by the agents Savills.
In Donabate, north Co Dublin, the same agents achieved more than the €300,000 guide price which they had quoted for three acres at Newbridge Avenue.
In 2009 the guide price for the grazing land had been €1.25m.
Located on the edge of village, it is close to the train station where there is a busy commuter service to Dublin city centre.
