The property is being sold on the instructions of joint receivers Declan Taite and Brendan Hanratty of Duff and Phelps.
As well as the pub itself, the sale also includes two adjoining retail units.
The licensed area extends to over 11,600 sq ft from the basement to the second floor. The ground floor contains a restaurant along with a bar and lounge. The first and second floors contain a 4,500 sq ft nightclub, 2,700 sq ft restaurant with 50 covers along with a kitchen and ancillary offices.

"The added attraction of a €56,320 annual rent roll will also give comfort to any business in the start-up phase by providing regular," they added.
