CBRE and Conway Auctioneers have been jointly appointed to offer a Co Kildare site to the market, beside the M7 motorway.
The site, which is available in one or six lots at junction 13 of the M7 beside the Kildare Village Shopping Centre, is up for sale for a total of €2.975m.
The 169-acre landholding is being offered to the market in six lots. lot one is Laherkeen House, lot two is made up of about eight acres at Grey Abbey, lot three comprises about 115 acres at Grey Abbey and is by far the biggest sub-lot available.
The fourth lot has about nine acres at Nurney Road, while lot five covers Monasterevin Road. Alternatively the entire site can be bought as one lot.
The lands are zoned under the Kildare Town Local Area Plan 2012-2018.
Lot one is zoned "greenbelt", lot two comprises eight acres zoned "industry and warehouse".
The third, 115-acre site consists of three different zonings.
About 66.75 acres are zoned industry and warehouse, some 21 acres are zoned new residential and around. 27.9 acres are unzoned.
Lots four and five, comprising close to 44 acres, are zoned objective Q – Enterprise and Employment (Phase 1).
