A winning site in Kilkenny

As Kilkenny celebrates a record 31st All Ireland hurling championship, a city site has come up for sale near one of the cradles of Kilkenny hurling, St Kieran's College. The 1.8-acre site has full planning permission for a mixed residential/commercial scheme and comes with a guide price in excess of €10m.
Overlooking the River Nore, it is located just 300m from the high street, lying between Walkin Street and Lower New Street.
