BNP Paribas Real Estate are marketing Castleforbes House To Let - a six storey office development located off North Wall Quay at the junction of Mayor Street Upper and Castleforbes Road in the Dublin Docklands.

The accommodation is available on flexible lease terms with a quoting rent of €350 per sq m together with 22 car spaces at €2,500 each per annum.

The third generation block has floor plates, which extend to 900 sq m have been designed with efficiency and adaptability in mind.

Keith O'Neill of BNP Paribas Real Estate commented "that the North Docks area will see significant changes over the next two to three years. This quarter will be Dublin's new "hotspot" to work in the not too distant future.

Tenants in the immediate area include UTV, Vayu Oil & Gas Exploration, Bvlgari Jewellers, and most recently Yahoo who have committed to 7,500 sq m. in the regenerated Point area of Dublin. Solas (formerly Fas) relocated their offices from Baggot Street to Castleforbes House in 2014.
