The firm is letting agent for space at a modern office building at 1 Blanchardstown Business Park (1BCP). Some 20,886 sq ft of fitted office space is available on the ground (10,459 sq ft) and first floors (10,427 sq ft) of the building which is located to the front Blanchardstown Corporate Park.

The building is part let to software company Synopsys International, which occupies the second, third and fourth floors.

Savills say the property "well serviced with amenities"; Giraffe crèche is located directly next door to 1BCP along with a newly opened café and restaurant. Other notable facilities located nearby include, Texaco, O'Brien's sandwich bar, Spar express, Java Republic, AIB Bank (West End Retail-Park) and the Carlton and Crowne Plaza hotels.

Savills' David O'Malley commented: "Blanchardstown has become one of Dublin's premier suburban office locations - attracting a number of high profile tenants including EBay, Amazon, Allied Irish Bank, Health Service Executive (HSE), IBM and BMS.
