The portfolio is on the market with an asking price in the region of €1.55m.

The development was completed in 2002 and comprises a modern development of: two two bedroom apartments, one three bedroom apartment, a three bed town house and a two bedroom extended cottage.

According to Allsop, the properties are all presented in good decorative order and provide good quality contemporary living space in one of Dublin's most highly desirable rental locations.

The surrounding area is predominantly residential in character but also is home to some of the country's most high profile corporate occupiers including Google, AIB, Mason Hayes Curran, Goodbody's and Zurich amongst others.

"The location also benefits from excellent transport links being located adjacent to Lansdowne Road Dart Station and a host of major bus routes," say the agents.

"Nearby amenities include the Serpentine Shopping Centre within 400m, which includes a pharmacy, newsagent, dry cleaners and coffee shop/deli.

"Ballsbridge Village and The Aviva Stadium are located within a five minute stroll. Brian Kelly of Allsop said that "this was a rare opportunity for a purchaser to acquire a residential portfolio within a prime Dublin 4 location with excellent rental potential and confirmed that he expected good demand," Allsop added.

The agents will be looking to take advantage of investor appetite for investment properties with generous yields as the market for other assets remains unattractive with interest rates still at rock bottom levels.

The portfolio is expected to bring in interest from a wide range of interested buyers from numerous different backgrounds.
