35 new jobs in 4 new bakeries in next two months

The Natural Bakery has announced the opening of 4 new stores in the next eight weeks leading to the creation of a further 35 jobs bringing the company's total number of employees up to 100.

The new locations are on Baggot Street, in the IFSC, in Naas and in Citywest and will bring the total store count up 11.

Chief executive officer of The Natural Bakery, Luke Creighan, said that the company is looking to expand even more next year.

"2015 has been a great year for the brand and we are looking at a minimum of 5 locations for next year," Mr Creighan said.

Creighan, 44, started his business after seeing the success of a local baker in a Eurospar he managed in Kilmainham. Since then the father-of-two has progressed the business where it now sells 45 different types of breads and over 40 types of cakes.
