A man wanted for alleged terrorist offences in Spain is to appear in court.
Garikoitz Murua, 29, will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday where extradition proceedings will begin.
He is a suspected member of Basque separatist group Eta and has been accused of taking part in street violence in northern Spain.
Murua was detained by officers from Scotland Yard's extradition unit in Soho on Sunday under a European Arrest Warrant.
