Nallen retires from inter-county

Mayo veteran James Nallen has retired from inter-county football after 15 years of service with the senior team.
Nallen, who made a record 132 appearances for his county, appeared in five All-Ireland finals, including the 1996 replay against Meath.
He made his last senior appearance in a Mayo jersey as a substitute against New York at Gaelic Park in the 2009 Connacht SFC.
Nallen made his debut for Mayo against Galway in the National Football League back in 1995.
