Henriquez keen to fit in at Wigan

Angelo Henriquez believes Wigan will be a perfect fit for his six-month loan spell.
The Chile forward has swapped Manchester United for the DW Stadium until the end of the season and made his debut in Saturday's FA Cup draw with Bournemouth and with Arouna Kone now on African Nations Cup duty, Henriquez seems certain to be gaining Premier League experience quite soon too.
"The games in Manchester United's Under-21 team have taught me what to expect from English players because over here it is a very physical style of football," said Henriquez. "That is why Wigan is a good club for me to come to because players in the team are very similar in that respect. They are physically strong but very clever when they have possession of the ball."
Sir Alex Ferguson had hinted Henriquez would make his United debut this autumn in the Capital One Cup.
That did not materialise though, and whilst it has seemed the player's preference would have been for a loan move back to Chile, Ferguson believes his acclimatisation will be better served by staying in the Premier League.
"Moving to England initially was obviously strange at first because everything is very different," said Henriquez.
"The weather is a change from what I am used to and the pitches in England are much better because of that, which has helped me to progress my game.
"My parents are over here now, which is nice because I was alone when I first came here.
"I feel it is important to fit in straight away and coming to a club like Wigan, where everyone makes you feel very welcome, makes that a lot easier."
