West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster is struggling with a groin injury

West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster has been ruled out of Saturday's home Barclays Premier League clash with Chelsea as he continues his recovery from minor groin surgery.

The club's official website reports that Foster hopes to return to training on Monday after undergoing the operation earlier this week.

The former England player also missed last weekend's 2-1 win at Wigan and Boaz Myhill is again set to deputise against the Blues. Myhill made his first Premier League appearance for 21 months at the DW Stadium.
