Rosslare Customs officers make €10m cannabis seizure

More than €10m worth of cannabis resin has been seized by Customs Officers in Rosslare.
The haul was discovered yesterday when officers inspected a Dutch registered refrigerated truck, which had arrived on the car ferry from the Netherlands via the UK.
The drugs were found hidden underneath steel plated compartments, which were covered with a wooden floor.
The driver, a 42-year-old Dutch national, has been arrested and is being questioned at Wexford Garda Station.
