Jury to resume deliberations in Limerick murder trial
The jury in the trial of three men accused of murdering Limerick bouncer Brian Fitzgerald five years ago resumes its deliberations this morning.
Twenty-four-year-old Gary Campion, of Pineview Gardens in Moyross, 23-year-old Desmond Dundon, from Ballinacurra Weston, and 50-year-old Anthony Kelly, of Kilrush, all deny murdering the 34-year-old father-of-two outside his home in Corbally in November 2002.
The jury of 12 men were sent to a hotel last night after deliberating for almost four hours.
Mr Justice Peter Charlton will send them for further deliberations at 10.30am this morning.
