Equality authority expresses disappointment at court decision

The equality authority has said it's disappointed at the outcome of a case taken by two Leaving Cert students with dyslexia.
The circuit court has decided that the Department of Education did not discriminate against the pair over how their papers were marked.
The two students had applied and been approved for reasonable accommodation of their disability before they sat the exam in 2001.
