Cyclist dies after being hit by truck in Co Meath
A cyclist has died after being knocked from his bike during a road accident in Co Meath this morning.
The man is believed to have been struck by a cattle lorry in Millbrook, on the Castlepollard Road outside Oldcastle, shortly before 8am.
Gardai say the road between Oldcastle and Millbrook Cross will remain closed until midday while forensic investigators examine the scene.
