Cyclist dies after being hit by car in Co Limerick

A cyclist in her forties has died after being hit by a car near Bruff in Co Limerick this morning.

The accident happened on the Kilmallock road just before 7am.

Gardai have sealed off the road as part of their investigation into the cause of the incident.
