12 year old boy killed in Co. Laois traffic accident
A child was killed in a traffic incident in County Laois this afternoon.
It's understood the 12-year-old boy was knocked down by a truck in Mountrath, outside the Bank of Ireland on the town's Main Street at around half past three this afternoon.
His body has been taken to Portlaoise Hospital.
