A Donegal teenager who was arrested for indecent exposure in Senegal, has been found guilty by a court in the West African country. The court has imposed a fine and a probation period on 19 year old Patrick Devine, who returned home to Donegal earlier this week.
He was arrested on July 27th for "mooning" outside the house of a provincial governor.
He spent a month in custody before being released on bail and returning home.
In a statement released today, his family expressed their hope that this will be the end of the 19 year old's ordeal.
They thanked everyone who had supported them and appealed for privacy.
