Dublin man charged with murder of man in Belfast
A 25-year-old Dublin man has been charged in connection with the murder of Edward Burns and attempted murder of Damian O'Neill in Belfast earlier this year.
Gerard Macken, of Raheen Close, Tallaght, was arrested on Sunday in Tallaght and charged at Shankhill Garda Station.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Cloverhill District Court next week.
Two people who were arrested by police in the North investigating the murder of Mr Burns and Joseph Jones, who were killed on the same night, have been released.
A file on the man and woman is being sent to the Public Prosecution Service.
