Japanese competitive-eating champ Takeru Kobayashi ate a record 337 chicken wings in 30 minutes at Wing Bowl XX in the US
In front of a crowd of nearly 20,000, he demolished the record of 255 set last year by Jonathan "Super" Squibb.
The contest, held annually in Philadelphia, saw Mr Kobayashi claim the 20,000 US dollar (£12,600) cash prize.
